II. The Women’s Health ACUPRESSURE Treatment
Acupressure is perfect for those who are needle sensitive or prefer to dip their toes in the Bask waters before fully diving in to acupuncture. Acupressure is commonly used in various ways to treat underlying imbalances with firm but gentle pressure on acupuncture points instead of acupuncture needles.
Modern acupressure has been used in anti-nausea stickers for travel, on the battlefield for PTSD, pressing the temples to bring down a headache, pressing points on the stomach for stomachache, and even on the face during gua sha. Still very powerful, but much more gentle.
